PANcell Hi5 Medium is a protein- and serum-free cell culture medium that has been specifically optimized for the cultivation of High Five™ (BTI-TN-5B1-4) insect cells. It provides optimal growth and production conditions for recombinant protein expression using the baculovirus expression system (BEVS).
The formulation contains L-glutamine and a bicarbonate buffer (0.35 g/L NaHCO3), thereby supporting cell proliferation while maintaining stable culture conditions—both in shake flasks and in bioreactor cultivation.
