Product information "PANclear APG 10% Solution"
PANclear APG 10% Solution is a defined non-ionic detergent for downstream processing - an animal-free alternative for cell/virus lysis and enveloped-virus inactivation. It is also a future-proof choice for applications where octylphenol ethoxylates such as Triton™ X-100 have been used.
As a plant-derived alkyl polyglucoside made with genuine Triton™ CG-110, PANclear APG is neither a substance of very high concern (SVHC) nor subject to REACH authorisation (Annex XIV) and can therefore be supplied for production and GMP use. It is manufactured by PAN-Celltech, with every lot released against a defined quality-control panel.
These features make PANclear APG particularly suitable for animal-free lysis and viral-inactivation steps in antibody, vaccine, and cell and gene therapy production.
