To protect the environment and safe unnecessary costs, PAN-Biotech products, which are not to be shipped frozen due to its storage reasons, will be shipped at ambient temperature.

Shipping within Germany:
For the expected delivery time please refer to the individual products and their order confirmation.
Delivery of our products takes place Monday to Thursday.
In order to ensure the quality of our goods, shipments containing dry ice will only be conveyed from Monday to Wednesday.

Freight costs within Germany:

University customers
19,90 € for order < 299,99 €
Free of charge > 300,00 €

Industrial customers

The freight costs are calculated according to the order quantity and weight.

Please note that orders with value less than 50,00 € will be surcharged with 10,00 €.
If dry ice is required for a shipment, this will also be calculated according to the order quantity and weight.

International Shipments:

For international shipments you will received the freight quote during check out in your chart.
Please note for international orders with a volume more than 100 kg you will be asked use the
bulk inquiry button to received an individual offer.

Only after the customer has reconfirmed this offer (by mail or fax) the purchase becomes binding.

This way a full cost-control is ensured for the customer.
